      <image:caption>Cherie Metcalf - Co-President Cherie Metcalf is an Associate Professor at Queen’s Faculty of Law, and served as Associate Dean Academic from 2015-2018. She completed a Ph.D (Economics) at UBC, an LL.B. at Queen’s and LL.M. at Yale Law prior to joining the faculty at Queen’s Law. Her major research themes relate to environmental and resource management, particularly in relation to Indigenous peoples’ rights, and the constitutional recognition of property rights.  She is a regular participant at law and economics conferences, and has presented at ALEA, MLEA, CELS, ISNIE / SOIE and CLEA.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Jonathan Nash - Co-President Jonathan Nash is the Robert Howell Hall Chaired Professor of  Law at Emory University School of Law, and is Director of the Emory University Center for Law and Social Science. He specializes in federal courts and jurisdiction, the study of courts and judges, and environmental law (both domestic and international). Professor Nash is also a prolific scholar, publishing in several leading journals. Professor Nash received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics summa cum laude from Columbia University in New York, his JD magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, and his LLM from Harvard Law School.</image:caption>

He is a co-director of the Centre for Innovation Law &amp; Policy at the Faculty of Law.Professor Niblett’s research focuses on law and economics, contract law, judicial behaviour, innovation, and the future of law. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University as well as degrees in law and commerce from the University ofMelbourne.</image:caption>
